CITIAsk is designed to help CICT students answer their queries and concerns. As the pandemic arise, many concerns were received by the College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT). But due to the limited resources, tons of concerns received and they weren't taken care of immediately.
That is why CITIAsk is here to help you our dear CICT students. We value your time and need for immediate action to your concerns. With CITIAsk, you have the answer to your problem.
CITIAsk is available in service every WEEKDAYS from 8 am - 5 pm. Also, there is chatbot that is ready to answer you 24/7.
CITIAsk is exclusively available for CICT students. Whether you are a BSIT or BLIS student, we are pleased to help you with your concerns immediately.
CITIAsk works as your help in answering your concerns. There is an available chatbot for you if you need an immediate answer from your question. However, if you need to talk with the CICT officials, please register and log in to access the concern form. You will be given a ticket number via email and wait until someone answers you concern.
